Local residents are surveying the devastation after a violent tornado ripped through the city of Billings, Montana. The tornado was rated an EF-2. The strongest rating is an EF-5. The hardest hit area is the Billings Heights, at the intersection of Main Street and Lake Elmo Drive according to local media. Montana's largest indoor arena, MetraPark, lost it's roof and a good bit of siding. Other local businesses in the area also suffered heavy damage.
