A troubling discovery ahead of the G-20 summit in Toronto. Canadian police arrested a man near the site of the global meeting--- after they pulled him over and found gas tanks and weapons inside his car. The weapons included a loaded homemade cross-bow, and pellet guns. Police say the 53-year-old man could not explain why the items were in his car. They are investigating whether there's any link to this weekend's summit of world leaders.
